The Primary Care Psychology Service provides non crisis assessment and intervention services to children and adults across the lifespan who are experiencing a broad range of non complex psychological and mental health difficulties. It is a stepped-care service provided in a confidential and supportive environment in order to alleviate psychological distress and to improve psychological functioning

Offering one to one counselling for anyone over the age of 14. Dealing with suicidal ideation, crisis presentation, depression, anxiety, life events or any scenario where a little bit of support is needed.
Training and support in relation to mental health promotion and suicide prevention. The Service provides training programmes that support mental health, and works with other providers to promote health and wellbeing to communities, including schools and youth settings. The service provides guidance and advice in relation to the promotion of mental health and the prevention of suicide.
