The website’s development was supported by the Cavan & Monaghan Children and Young People’s Services Committee which is made up of statutory, community, and voluntary agencies in the region and it is operated and maintained by Cavan & Monaghan CYPSC.
Background
The purpose of the Children and Young People’s Services Committees is to secure better outcomes for children and young people through more effective co-operation and collaboration by existing services and through interventions at local level.

To provide one central point of information on services for children, young people and families in Cavan & Monaghan, usable in both an online and printable format, which is user-friendly, strategically positioned, well known and regularly updated.

A current membership of each CYPSC and organisation appears on the individual CYPSC websites along with some more information on local initiatives .
