One to one guidance and support: Our job coach will work closely with you to understand your unique skills, interests, and aspirations. We will provide personalised guidance to help you identify suitable career paths or educational opportunities aligned with your goals. We will support you to develop a CV, provide support with interview skills and the job search process.
Employment Opportunities: Gain access to inclusive employment opportunities through our network of employers who value diversity and inclusion. We will assist you in finding roles that match your skills and accommodate your needs.
Work Trials: Gain an insight into different work environments while enhancing your CV.
Education Support: If further education is your goal, we will assist you in exploring educational pathways, identifying courses to match your interests.
Life Coaching: Access to experienced life coaches to provide guidance, encouragement, and support as you navigate life's challenges and pursue your dreams. Whether you need help setting goals, managing stress, or building confidence, life coaching will empower you to unlock your full potential.
